The Legend of the Soulstone: How the Ritual Began
The Legend of the Soulstone is a story that has circulated for centuries. It tells of a group of people who were persecuted by their government because they believed in love and happiness. They secluded themselves in a remote location, and performed a ritual to create a soulstone. The soulstone was used as a means of connecting these people together, and protecting them from persecution.
The legend states that the ritual began with three people: A man, a woman, and a child. These three people were meant to be together forever, and the soulstone was meant to keep them connected. The man would give the woman his love, the woman would give her love to the child, and the child would give his love to both of them. Their love was meant to be strong enough to protect them from anything.
Over time, other members of this group joined them. Through their love and connection, they were able to endure anything life threw at them. However, one day they were found out by their government. They were taken away and tortured because of their beliefs in love and happiness. Despite everything that was done to them, they continued to believe in what they stood for – their own happy little world protected by their beloved soulstone…
Preparing for the Ritual of Love: Purification and Offerings
To experience the full power of love, you first have to cleanse your energy field. This ritual can be done in any place that feels like a sacred space to you.
1) Choose a spot where you will be sitting or kneeling. Place some white candles around you as an offering.
2) If you are using a magical candle holder, pour the melted wax into the holders. Repeat this process for each candle. As you light each one, think about drawing love into your life and filling your energy with happiness and peace.
3) Sit or kneel down in front of the candles, with your hands resting in your lap or clutched together in prayer position. Take a few deep breaths and focus on clearing any negative thoughts from your mind before beginning the rite.
4) Speak aloud any words of purification that resonate with you: “I clear away all negativity and discord from my energy field and I open myself up to receive all that is good in this world and beyond.” Visualize all negative energy streaming out of yourself like foggy smoke, until it disappears completely into the ethers. Send lovingkindness to everyone who has ever harmed you, both purposely and unintentionally, forgiving them for all their transgressions against you. Thank them for teaching you lessons that will help build your character growth pool now and into the future. Ask whatever divine entity or force may be best suited to guide and protect you during this important journey
The Sacred Site: Where the Ritual is Performed
Sacred sites are places that have been deemed important by a culture or community of people. These sites may be considered holy, in the sense that they contain spiritual power or they are associated with a particular deity or spirit. Some of the most famous sacred sites include Mecca, Jerusalem, and Stonehenge.
Amongst the Athabascans of North America, there is a sacred site known as Mount Kenya. This site is believed to be the origin of all creation and is home to a powerful spirit known as Qabilinakwut. It is said that at Mount Kenya, the ritual of love can be performed in order to bind two people together for eternity.
The ritual of love at Mount Kenya involves reciting special prayers and singing sacred songs. The couple must also prepare soulstones which they will exchange during the ceremony. These soulstones are believed to symbolize the couple’s commitment to each other. After completing the ritual, the couple will share a magical dance together in celebration of their union.
Performing the Ritual Dance: Movements Full of Meaning
There are as many versions of the Soulstone Survivors Ritual of Love as there are people who perform it. What follows is my own rendition, which I adapted from a version taught to me by a shaman. The movements in the ritual represent the cycle of life and death, the journey of the soul, and mourning and rejoicing.
The basic steps for the ritual are as follows:
Step One: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, rooted to the ground. Open your arms wide to welcome your partner into your circle.
Step Two: With your left hand, reach out and take hold of your partner’s left hand. Circle your hands together once and place them over your heart. Look into your partner’s eyes and say: “We are one spirit here on this momentous night. I offer myself to you in friendship, love, and respect.”
Step Three: With your right hand, reach out and take hold of your partner’s right hand. Circle your hands together once and place them over their heart. Look into their eyes and say: “We are one spirit here on this momentous night. I offer myself to you in friendship, love, and respect.”
Sharing the Soulstone: A Moment of Deep Connection
When Julie and I agreed to take on the offer to create a Soulstone Survivors ritual of love, we felt an intense connection to our purpose. We knew that we had to create a ceremony that would be memorable and deeply connected for all who participated.
The day of the ritual, we met up with fellow Soulstone Survivors Darren and Elyssa. They were kind enough to share their home with us before the ceremony began. The space was beautiful and perfectly suited for our special occasion.
As soon as we started the proceedings, it was clear how much energy was surrounding us. Our intention was powerful, and we felt grateful for every moment of connection we shared with our participants. There were so many tender moments during the sealing of the circles – moments when participants expressed their feelings of love for one another in heartfelt language. It truly was a momentous occasion for all of us!
The final part of the ritual involved sharing each person’s soulstonevessel with their most important loved ones. This powerful act not only strengthened our bond as a group, but also created lasting connections between those who participated in the ritual. We are genuinely grateful for this wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to do it again next year!
The Power of the Ritual: Why We Must Continue the Tradition
There is a certain power that comes with belonging to a tradition. It can provide comfort in times of stress, and a sense of security or kinship in moments of loneliness. For many people, rites of passage—from childhood through adulthood—are marked by the celebration of traditions passed down from one generation to the next. These rituals can be simple ceremonies honoring friends and family, or elaborate celebrations with large crowds.
One such ritual takes place every year on October 14th at Soulstone Manor in California. The Ritual of Love remembers those who have fallen in battle and celebrates the fight for freedom. Assembled around a candlelit table are loved ones and friends who have taken part in this solemn observance for the past 17 years. This year, we asked some questions about the ritual and its significance to those who practice it…
What Inspires You To Carry Out This Tradition Each Year?
The sentiment behind carrying out the Ritual of Love each year is twofold: honoring our fallen comrades-in-arms, and reminding ourselves why we fight. We believe that love never fails us, no matter how challenging our circumstances may be, so continuing the tradition communicates this belief to everyone who participates. Plus, it’s just really nice to get together with loved ones and share stories!
Do You Believe That The Ritual Helps All Those Involved Attend In A More Positive Way?
Yes, absolutely! Our hope is that by sharing memories and laughter during
